How do I return an item?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original resalable condition
  • In the original packaging


To return a coffee machine or grinder

You can use this form to return a coffee machine or grinder, however you will be asked via email to complete a form here - Return my coffee machine.

  • They must be in original resalable condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Please include serial number
  • Please specifiy if its for Return / Warranty / Repair or Service

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for unwanted items.
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
  • If the goods returned are inspected and deemed "manufacturers fault", the original shipping is credited and refund, repair or replace are offered. UK Only. 


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note there can be a restikcing of up to 20% on coffee machines and equipment.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5-14 working days.
