Are your products always in stock if they show on your website?
We have a office, showroom and warehouse on the same site. We try to keep as much stock possible for the products we sell. If an item shows as 'in stock' and offers a 'Add to Basket', then you can be rest assured we have that product on our own shelves and ready for a quick dispatch. We're not like the majority of other suppliers who accept your order and then rely on third-party supply chains. We have our own 'stock holding' warehouse, so that Bella Barista control each step of the ordering process from start to finish.
"Out of stock" usually means we're restocking with more on the way. Hand assembled crafted coffee machines and coffee grinders are not high volume items. They take time to build and is part of the charm. As a result these coffee machines can sometimes be out of stock for a week or two. You can always contact us and we can let you know when the next shipment is due. As one of the larger UK prosumer coffee machine retailers we have regular deliveries from our suppliers. This means the stock is only a few weeks or months old and the very latest edition. We deal direct with our coffee machine or coffee grinder manufacturers missing out the middle man.
How much does your shop charge for postage?
Postage can vary due to many different factors, such as weight, volume and destination. For this reason the most accurate way to calculate shipping costs is to add the products(s) to your shopping basket, provide your postcode/country and an accurate postage calculation will be displayed on the checkout page. It’s quick, and easy to do!
Do you charge shipping on Coffee Machines?
Yes, we charge for postage and packaging. We spend an additional £10 on extra outer box packaging to ensure greater safety during transit for UK and International orders.
Do we ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship Worldwide! We mainly ship to similar 230-240v specification countries. We ship almost on a daily basis to China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE and Indonesia. Please view our delivery and International Warranty.
What happens after the warranty period?
Buying from Bella Barista means we always do our best for our customers, even after the warranty period. Please contact us if your machine develops a fault, troubleshooting a minor issue or simply to help get the most out of your coffee machine. We have customers who have upgraded their coffee setup several times over the years and we truly value customer loyalty.
Do you help support International customers?
We try to offer the best possible customer care even to our international customers. We have used lots of methods to help troubleshoot issues and help get the most out of your coffee setup. We have used skype, wetransfer, whatsapp, livechat and good old fashioned phone calls to help.
Can I see the coffee machines before i purchase?
Yes, we have a showroom. Please make a visit. Open 9am to 5pm weekdays. The Bella Barista office, showroom, warehouse, coffee roastery and barista training academy is all in one place! We have over 20 coffee machines on display, which covers the majority of the range. Where are you based?
Bella Barista is UK based. Situated in a small market town called Wellingborough, near Northampton. From London we're approx a 1 hour train Journey from London St Pancras International. We're located in a small retail park calledÂ
Nene Court Retail Park, The Embankment, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN8 1LD.
If you decide to make a visit please let us know, as we like to give you our undivided attention. We're walking distance from the train station. Alternatively we have ample parking and Nene Court Retail Park has places to eat, along with other small independent retailers.
Why are you more expensive?
First of all we're a genuine UK company that employs staff and pays taxes within the UK. Purchasing from Bella Barista means supporting a UK company and not a grey importer that can not give you any guarantee or support. We import desirable hand assembled coffee machines and coffee grinders. These beautiful commercial built machines can go wrong with mail order. Ultimately with water, pressure and electrics combined with shipping transit can sometimes lead to unavoidable issues. That's why we feel it's important to offer good after sales care. We understand purchasing something of this value is an expense and requires support. We're the only company that sell these type of coffee machines in the UK that offer a full warranty. No third party coffee service company. You only have to contact us and only us. Most coffee machines and coffee grinders we sell come with a Bella Barista 2 Year Back to Base Warranty.
Desirable hand assembled coffee gear often involves buying in Euros, as a result we're sometimes at the mercy of currency rates. We pride ourselves on offering the best price possible at the time of purchase.
Do you have promo codes or offers?
We believe in simply offering the best price possible all the time. We purchase from manufacturers on a monthly basis and often at the mercy of currency rates. So you may see slight fluctuations with price on our website. All items on the Bella Barista website are Brand New and only ever a few weeks/months old from the manufacturer. Occasionally new items that are added to the range are launched at a introductory offer. For unique deals we do have returned items or unwanted orders available in our clearance section. You can see our showroom only clearance list by clicking the link below. We can only offer these as showroom purchases only. (Sold as seen).
Do you roast coffee?
Our dream has always been to create a small batch coffee roastery at Bella Barista. Thankfully we had the opportunity to expand in 2015. Customers purchasing high end coffee gear for the home want the best Q grade Arabica coffee available. We select only the best coffee from around the world based on crop, season and harvest. We have a small team on the roastery side that have great knowledge and experience within the UK roasting industry. This amazing, passionate team has allowed us to win awards and strive for consistency and to continually learn and improve. Purchasing coffee from the Bella Barista website from our in house dedicated roastery means you will receive fresh coffee to allow you to enjoy it at its best.
I'm struggling to make a good coffee from my new purchase.
If you have purchased a coffee setup and struggling, please let us know. We have skilled SCA Barista certified employees who can help you enjoy the most out of your purchase. Even if you haven't purchased from us we like to offer people the most out of their coffee at home.
Customers often have questions regarding good coffee extraction or how to make a good latte art milk texture. We can help in many ways. Offering advice over the phone, basic barista training during the purchase of the coffee machine at the Bella Barista showroom or now even home barista classes here at our training academy.
We had the opportunity in 2018 to expand Bella Barista to offer barista training facilities. With an official WBC (World Barista Championship) coffee setup and brew lab, we can now offer basic home barista classes to the home coffee enthusiast and training for our local coffee trade accounts. The aim is to offer SCA courses.
