Delivery Information
We pride ourselves on processing orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the delivery options carefully when ordering online and select the service that best meets your requirements.
All parcels are dispatched to the address provided at checkout.
If paying via PayPal, we can only ship to the address supplied by PayPal. Please ensure this is correct and up to date. Any errors in delivery information are the sole responsibility of the customer.
While the vast majority of parcels arrive within the estimated delivery times shown below, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to the rare possibility of unforeseen courier delays. Bella Barista cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
In the event of a lost parcel, we require up to 14 business days from the date of dispatch before a replacement or refund can be processed.
Orders not placed online may be subject to different delivery charges.

We use Royal Mail or one of our contracted couriers depending on parcel size and weight.
To qualify, please place your order by 13:00 (UK time), Monday–Thursday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

European Union & Worldwide Delivery
As of February 2026, international shipping rates are no longer automatically calculated at checkout due to ongoing courier volatility.
