The ECM Mechanika Profi WC/WT is staff favourite with its Joy Stick steam and hot water wands, stainless steel boiler and almost silent operation with it’s rotary pump. Testament to the ECM build quality. This particular model is the high specification Profi version. WC/WT. Water Connection and Water Tank. They do a vibration pump version but the ECM Barista, Profitec 500 and ECM Mechanika Slim would be our recommended picks at that price point from this manufacturer.

The Rocket Fausto once again is a very good pairing. Similar to the Mazzer Mini E Type A in specification but easier to adjust the grind level, maintain and operate with its more usable touch-pad. The Fausto has a nice feature once the timer has finished it flashes allowing you to manually top up if required.
