We've created this section of Sweetbird Syrups to reflect the season throughout the year.

Sweetbird began in 2006 when the world of syrups was a new and exciting place. With a plan to challenge cappuccino convention, the team created a fantastic flavoursome range of products to help baristas (and bakers!) take their businesses to the next level. Now popular all over the world, Sweetbird’s syrups are a mix of entrepreneurial spirit and simple obsession for quality and taste. We love the true versatility and variety of each and every sweet bottle.

PUMPKIN SPICE
Fruity and warming, our pumpkin spice is the perfect ingredient for a delicious seasonal treat. Containing real cinnamon, ginger and clove, it’s a must have on menus from September onwards, two pumps is all that is needed to create this modern classic.

HONEYCOMB
We’ve carefully blended delicious flavours of caramelised sugar with rich caramel notes to create a honeycomb syrup reminiscent of our favourite chocolate bar.  This syrup pairs perfectly with dark or white hot chocolates but also tastes great in coffees, steamers and indulgent frappé recipes.

PISTACHIO
Sweetbird Pistachio syrup can be used to make the most incredible flavoured coffee, or to add some sparkle to your hot chocolate. Sweetbird flavouring syrups add a new dimension to your drinks and are available in a wide range of exciting flavours, suitable for coffee, cocktails, milkshakes and smoothies. 

MINCE PIE
Our New Mince Pie Syrup captures the essence of the traditional great British holiday favourite. It delivers a delightful medley of flavours that evoke the warmth and comfort of festive celebrations which envelope your senses in a cosy embrace.

POPCORN
Sweetbird Popcorn Syrup won the award for Best New Product: Specialty Coffee Beverage Additive at the Speciality Coffee Association World of Coffee Copenhagen 2024! This Popcorn Syrup now captures the essence of this movie-night delight in your favourite drink. The rich, strong savoury corn flavour with a slight roasted nut note and a buttery sweet finish will transform your drinks into irresistible treats. Be sure to go all out with the toppings, pile whipped cream high, drizzle with caramel sauce then finish with some popcorn for really Instagramable serves!

S'MORES
A version of the American campfire classic; S’mores syrup is all the irresistible gooey-sweetness without the sticky fingers. Combining the taste of marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers, this syrup is great in coffee, but also added to Vanilla Bean or Caffe frappé.

TOASTED MARSHMALLO
Toasted Marshmallow syrup captureS the smell and taste of fire-toasted marshmallows – a treat for the senses. Combine with hot chocolate and Cherry syrup for a rocky road hot chocolate.
