Royal Mail have recently revised their Christmas cut-off dates, bringing them forward to allow additional time for packages and parcels to arrive:
UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Friday 16th December
UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Monday 19th December
DPD Next Day - Monday 19th December
Fedex Next Day - Wednesday 21st December
We continue to offer All Delivery Methods across our online shop, providing an extended window for last-minute gift and coffee ordering. The deadline for ordering to ensure pre-Christmas delivery is midday on Monday 19th December.*Please note these are all recommended days by our couriers. There is no guarantee you will receive your parcel in time for Christmas.
Please be mindful that all orders being dispatched via Royal Mail's 24 and 48 service are currently experiencing delays due to ongoing strike action. Further strike action is planned for the following dates, which will further impact these issues:
Friday 9th December
Sunday 11 December
Wednesday 14 December
Thursday 15 December
Friday 23 December
Saturday 24 December
We are doing what we can to limit disruption, we have switched our service over to ‘Tracked’ which Royal Mail are prioritising.
The industrial action at Royal Mail has impacted all of our couriers and this means we continue to see unprecedented demand for other couriers services. In response to this, Dpd and Fedex are seeing delays due to the high volume of parcels along with the adverse weather conditions.
