The White Glove service Is only available to mainland UK addresses. Selecting this delivery service will offer you a personal delivery of the coffee machine to your premises and unboxing. We use our preferred technical service partner who will contact you and arrange a convenient time. Delivery will be carried out by a professional coffee technician. Delivery is usually within a One to Ten working Day time frame.

The reason for the White Glove Service

Due to the pandemic we have seen an increase in damage in transit to coffee machines via mail order. As of January 2021 we have setup a White Glove Delivery Service with a highly rated coffee machine service company. This means choosing this option at the checkout will ensure your machine is delivered by a professional coffee technician rather than a courier. The technician will also unbox the machine for you.

Since we started Bella Barista we feel its vital that the purchasing and unboxing experience is an enjoyable one and why we're significantly subsidising this service so the majority of our customers can benefit.

What happens when i place my order?

Once you've completed your order online through the Bella Barista website and chosen the Shipping Option: White Glove Service, we shall contact you to arrange a convenient time to deliver. We aim to arrange delivery within One to Ten working days of the order being placed. *Weather permitting and seasonal holiday demand may extend this delivery window. Please contact us for remote areas of the UK and UK City Congestion zones as additional surcharges will apply.
