MACAP Supra Coffee Grinder – 68, 83, 68 G & 83 G

High-performance grinding. Intelligent dosing. Italian precision.

The MACAP Supra is a high-performance commercial coffee grinder designed to deliver speed, consistency and precision in busy cafés, speciality coffee shops and professional coffee environments. Combining Italian engineering with advanced grinding technology, the Supra range offers a choice of configurations to suit different workflows, from reliable timed dosing to intelligent grind-by-weight technology.

Available in four models – the Supra 68, Supra 83, Supra 68 G and Supra 83 G – the range combines powerful motors, precision flat burrs and an intuitive 3.5-inch touchscreen interface. The 68 mm models offer an excellent balance of speed and performance for everyday commercial use, while the 83 mm models provide increased grinding productivity for higher-volume environments.

For businesses looking to maximise dosing accuracy, the G Series introduces advanced grind-by-weight technology. Instant Tare Technology automatically tares the portafilter, while Smart Dose Recognition identifies the portafilter and selects the appropriate programmed dose. These features help reduce manual input, improve repeatability and maintain a smooth workflow during busy service.

Across the range, MACAP's Coffee Targeting System directs ground coffee towards the centre of the portafilter for cleaner, more controlled dosing. The Fast Opening System provides convenient access to the burr chamber for cleaning and maintenance while preserving the grind setting, helping minimise disruption to daily service.

With a robust commercial design, programmable controls and a choice of grinding capacities, the MACAP Supra range offers a versatile solution for coffee businesses seeking dependable performance and greater control over their espresso preparation.
