If you’re looking to get high-end, prosumer coffee equipment at a discount, our outlet is the perfect opportunity to find a hidden gem. We have a few different catgories of machines on the outlet section and here's what they mean;

Open Box;

These machines and grinders are brand new, but have had the box opened. Whether they were opened to be checked over, or a returned order. They include full Bella Barista warranty.  

Used;

These machines are potentially ex display or returned from a customer that has used the machine. They are all thoroughly inspected, bench tested, and cleaned by our espresso machine technicians. All common wear parts are replaced during the refurbishing process and the warranty differs with the age of the machine. 

New with Factory Blemish;

Brand new machines that arrive at our warehouse with any type of exterior damage fall under this category. They have never been shipped, used, or had coffee run through them. These blemishes are discovered during our benching process and sold at a discounted rate. They include a full warranty
