Bella Barista becomes the UK’s first organisation to be Regenerative Organic Certified® backed by Patagonia’s non-profit alliance

Bella Barista Organic Coffee Roasters, an award-winning organic coffee roaster based in Wellingborough Northamptonshire, are pleased to announce they have become the UK's first organisation to be Regenerative Organic Certified®. This exciting partnership underlines Bella Barista's commitment to sustainability and environmental leadership in the coffee industry.

The Regenerative Organic Alliance is a non-profit organisation set up by the fashion company Patagonia along with Dr. Bronner’s and the Rodale Institute, to own and manage the Regenerative Organic Certified® program. This pioneering initiative was created to certify to the highest organic standard, with a mission to rehabilitate soil, respect animal welfare and improve protect and the livelihood of farmers. These practices reduce greenhouse gas emissions and could help trap more carbon than conventional agriculture.
