ECM Synchronika Coffee Machine

Thanks James from Manchester for sending a snap so quickly of your new ECM Synchronika espresso machine.
Good to see it arrived on time with Fedex in excellent order.

The Synchronika dual boiler coffee machine is the pinnacle of ECM range, that exudes refinement.
Looking at James’s photo the  subtle PID (Temperature Display), retro dials, gran crema deluxe handles and joystick steam and hot water wands are beautiful features that really set it apart.

The ECM Synchronika has recently had an internal upgrade with a new PID and safety valve. This gives you the option to increase the steam temp to 132 degrees and the PID has a new ECO timer. For Bella Barista Synchronika owners please take a look at the ECM Synchronika upgrade kit.

The ECM knock box and deluxe ECM Tamper (Deluxe Tamper comes with the Synchronika) are really nice additions.

BWT Water Jug

Even though the water is soft in Manchester the BWT water jug pictured is a very good addition. The BWT water filter jug has the BWT magnesium mineralizer cartridge. This not only softens the water but introduces magnesium that helps carry the sweeter and more desirable acids of the coffee hopefully improving the taste in the cup.
Combined with the stainless steel boiler of the ECM Synchronika, this should lead to a very consistent beautiful tasting espresso.
