The Eureka Mignon Specialita is now becoming the benchmark high end home espresso grinder.
In recent years Eureka have invested heavily into R&D. They have completely redesigned the new Mignon espresso grinder range. The new Mignon has retained all the features we like, stepless adjustment and low retention without losing its iconic style and greater overall performance. The “ACE” anti clumping feature increases smooth consistent grind compared to the previous model. The new designed chute and anti static guard also leads to a cleaner delivery of coffee into the handle compared to the Eureka Mignon MK II.
