The ECM Mechanika Slim

The ECM Mechanika Slim is a very recent edition to the ECM coffee machine range. We have to say, typically the build quality is exquisite from ECM. It’s a very quiet in operation vibration pump with stainless steel boiler and refined ECM E61 group head.  Most importantly it produces beautiful espresso and delivers a dry steam at the same time for milk texturing latte art.

The NEW Eureka Mignon

The Eureka Mignon Specialita is now becoming the benchmark high end home espresso grinder for 2018.
The previous Eureka Mignon version was over 30 years old and long overdue an upgrade.

In recent years Eureka have invested heavily into R&D. They have completely redesigned the new Mignon espresso grinder range. The new Mignon has retained all the features we like, stepless adjustment and low retention without losing its iconic style and greater overall performance. The “ACE” anti clumping feature increases smooth consistent grind compared to the previous model. The new designed chute and anti static guard also leads to a cleaner delivery of coffee into the handle compared to the Eureka Mignon MK II. Compact Professional Coffee Machines at Home

We have noticed a trend for smaller footprint e61 group head,  heat exchanger machines at home this year.
With limited counter top space Bella Barista now offer a great choice of professional compact coffee machines. The Lelit Mara, ECM Mechanika Slim and Rocket Appartamento should all be strong considerations.
